Arriving in Italy

No photos today, just a quick post.

Yesterday, we had an easy morning in Brussels and packed then headed for the airport - two flights later and we're arriving into Rome (FCO) at about 10:30pm - I thought oh great, now we'll have a long wait at the immigration control point - EU countries invariably have more staff processing EU passports than non-EU passports, so I was expecting a long wait.  Fortunately we were second in line (due to Business Class travel and being first off the plane!  :-) ), so I was expecting only a short delay.  I front up to the window, still fumbling with all four passports and the officer waves us all through - he didn't even look at our passports!

We could have been anyone from anywhere! He had no way of knowing!

I have never had such an experience entering a country! I was amazed!
